LOCATION
The small village of Lennel lies just outside Coldstream, a historic town situated on the banks of the River Tweed on the border between Scotland and England.  There is a good range of local facilities and the town is conveniently located for access to other parts of the Borders.  The main Railway Station at Berwick-Upon-Tweed is a short drive away.

Travelling though Coldstream from Edinburgh, as you leave the town take the turn on the left beside the Police Station on to the A6112, signposted for Lennel and Duns. As you enter the village of Lennel, about 1.5 miles distant, turn left at the collection of cottages and drive up the hill; Ivy Cottage sits on the right.
