KELSO
30 PINNACLEHILL PARK

DETACHED PROPERTY

This is a most appealing detached house, set in a quiet and desirable residential development, in comfortable reach of the town centre and main road links. The property has a beautiful mature garden, thoughtfully planned and abundantly stocked, enjoying a great level of privacy to the rear where there is a secluded summer house tucked to the bottom corner. The accommodation is well proportioned throughout and, whilst it could now benefit from a certain degree of cosmetic updating, offers the potential to form a very comfortable family home, with possibilities for extension. Gas central heating and double glazing are in situ, the finishes throughout are natural timber and there is a good provision of storage cupboards.
